Water-based coating defoamer is used in water-based coatings, inks, inks, varnishes, leather edge oils, paper coatings, laminating adhesives, latex paints, adhesives, and polyvinyl alcohol. It can be added in the system of silicone defoamer, or it can be added in batches to add half in the grinding stage to suppress foam generation, and then add the other half in the let-down stage. Especially suitable for water-based coating systems, it can prevent microfoam and macrofoam.
The types of water-based high-build paint defoamers include thick-build water-based paint defoamers, high-viscosity elastic paints, thick-build high-density latex paints, single-layer paints, varnishes, and defoamers for elastic brushed latex paints.
