Defoamer for Pressure sensitive adhesive is a kind of high efficient product which made from ether, lipid, mineral oil and compounded by special technology. It has strong defoaming ability of removing tiny foams with fast speed and lasting foams suppressing effect, which can completely get rid of all foams, improving the product quality. 
This defoamer will not cause fish-eyes, pinhole situation, and it will not affect the firmness of product.

Defoamer for Pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly used in PVA (pressure-sensitive adhesive), high viscosity white latex, glue, EVA emulsion, latex, polymer glue, emulsion polymerization, acrylic emulsion, adhesives, white latex, polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, aqueous printing adhesive, coating, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system. It also can be used together with other powdered additives after mixing evenly.  

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1% of total formula, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
