Defoamer for coating adhesive is a kind of compound product which made from ether, lipid, alcohol and some other substance by special technology. With the advantages of good dispersibility, strong self-emulsification, excellent compatibility and foams control performance, it can well remove all big and small foams of emulsion, thus, it’s very effective for water-soluble polymer and medium/ high viscosity systems.

Defoamer for coating adhesive is used in printing coating(viscous adhesive cement), polymer emulsion polymerization, acrylic emulsion, low viscosity aqueous printing paste, printing paste, low viscosity glue, the systems with big foams, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system. It also can be used together with other powdered additives after mixing evenly.  

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1% of total formula, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
