Defoamer for Polyacrylate is made from mineral oil and polyether ester by special technology, it can quickly remove all foams (including tiny and big foams) which caused by polymer such as leather coating, acrylic emulsion, waterborne polyurethane emulsion, leather edge oil, styrene-acrylic, ethylene propylene, pure acrylic, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.

  In addition that, it also suitable to be used in the latex coating adhesive such as vinyl acetate, carboxylated styrene butadiene to control the foams,

  Advantages: Excellent foam control performance, good leveling property, small dosage, and it will not affect the product effect even if overcommitting.

This defoaming agent is used in acrylic emulsion, silicon acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion or the mixed leather coating of acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion, leather edge oil and waterborne polymer glue, high build acrylic emulsion, the resin production, the defoaming and degassing of polymer system.  

In addition that, this leather coating anti shrinkage type defoamer has good leveling property and excellent foam control performance, which is used in matte/medium gloss acrylic emulsion, the leather coating/ leather edge oil which is adopted waterborne polyurethane emulsion as main material, water-based laminating adhesive, coatings, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system. It also can be used together with other powdered additives after mixing evenly.  

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1% of total formula, but the optimal dosage should be determined through actual testing. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
