Defoamer for Leather is one kind of special silicon-free product, which is made from mineral oil, special polyether ester and dispersant. It can remove all foams (including big bubble and tiny foams) which caused by the acrylic emulsion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, leather coating, leather edge oil, and the polymers substances such as styrene acrylic, ethylene propylene, pure acrylic, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.

  In addition that, it’s also suitable to use in latex type coating adhesive to control foams problem, such as acetate ethylene, pure acrylic, carboxylic styrene butadiene, styrene acrylic, ethylene propylene, etc.

 Advantages: Excellent foam control performance, good leveling property, small dosage, and it will not affect the coating effect even if overcommitting.

Model B-95: This defoamer is effective to solve tiny foams in viscous systems, widely used in the acrylic emulsion, silicone-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, or the mixture of acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion, leather edge oil, aqueous polymer adhesive, high build acrylic emulsion, the production of resin and polymer system.

Model B-96/97: This defoamer is used in the leather coating which made of matte/medium light acrylic emulsion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, leather edge oil, aqueous laminating adhesive, coating, etc.

Polyurethane defoamer applies to coating industry    

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming system in any manufacturing process.

When using in the production of coating, for getting the best defoaming effect, please add the 70% of total dosage before grinding, and add the rest of dosage after.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.7%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
