Defoamer for Putty Powder for putty powder is a compound product which made from liquid hydrocarbon, polyethylene glycol and amorphism silicon dioxide. It can effectively control the foams during the production, packing and application of coating.

Advantages: Good compatibility with various kinds of system, long-term foams control ability, and it’s effective in wide pH range.

Model B-92: This defoamer is compatible well with all powdered systems, such as putty powder, powdered coating, plaster wall, concrete, etc.

Model B-93/94: This defoamer is mainly used in powdered coating, interior&exterior wall putty, plaster precast slab, decoration mortar, self-leveling cement, binding mortar, gypsum plaster, waterproof mortar, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming system.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
