Wall Latex Paint Defoamer is a compound defoamer that designed specially to solve the foams for interior & exterior wall latex paint, which made from organic polyether ester, mineral oil and alcohol. It’s suitable to be used in the production, packing and application of coating to control the foams well.

Furthermore, this defoamer will not cause surface defeats or affect the film-forming property, and it’s very effective for aqueous coating system.

Wall Latex Paint Defoamer is suitable to be used in interior & exterior wall latex paint, waterproof coating, medium to high PVC emulsion paint, relief coatings, low light paint, anti-corrosive paint, all kinds of industrial paints, PVC suspension resin, detergent for plant or vegetable, varnish, colour paint, airless spray formula, high build coating, rough coatings, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming system.

It also can be batch-wise added. i.e. adding a half of dosage at the grinding stage to suppress foams forming, and adding the other half of dosage at the paint mixting stage.

The long-term effect of this defoamer is affected by the foaming system.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.5%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
