Defoamer for Polyurethane is a kind of non-silicone defoamer, which is made from mineral oil, special polyether ester and dispersant, it can fast remove the foams which caused by polymers such as acrylic emulsion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, leather coating, leather edge oil, styrene-acrylic, ethylene propylene, pure acrylic, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.

It is also suitable for using in latex coating adhesives such as vinyl acetate, pure acrylic, carboxylated styrene butadiene, styrene-acrylic, ethylene propylene, etc., to control the foams.

With the advantages of fast foam removing, lasting foam suppressing, small dosage and good leveling property, it will not affect the coating effect even if overdose using.

Model E-83 has excellent defoaming performance in viscous system, and it’s no oil floating, small dosage. 
Widely applies to: Leather coating/ leather edge oil, which is made from acrylic emulsion, silicon-acrylate emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, or the mixture of acrylic emulsion & polyurethane emulsion, as well as aqueous polymer adhesive, high-build acrylic emulsion, resin production and polymer system.

Model E-84/85 series is anticratering type defoamer with good leveling property, fast defoaming ability, lasting foam suppression. 

Widely applies to: Matte/medium gloss acrylic emulsion, leather coating and leather edge oil which made of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, aqueous laminated film glue, coating, etc.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
