Steel Plate Cleaning Defoamer is made from various kinds of special polyether by compound technology, it has good defoaming and foam suppressing performance, high shear resistance, no oil floating, no demulsification, no residue, and no any adverse side effect to post-processing.

In addition that, after adding this defoamer to the foaming system, it will not affect the appearance of transparent cleaning agent.

 (1) Good water-solubility, high shear resistance, no residue, no oil floating, not effect to the follow-up spraying.

(2) High solid content, small dosage, fast defoaming and lasting foam suppressing effect.

(3) No organic solvent contained, non-corrosive to equipment, no effect to solderability, it can be used after diluting and not any adverse side effect. 

Steel Plate Cleaning Defoamer applies to:

Steel plate cleaning agent, strong acid, strong alkali and high pressure cleaning, degreaser/ skim powder, alkaline aluminum degreasing powder, common coating cleaning, degreasing powder, electroplating, stainless steel cleaning, high pressure spray cleaning, spray degreasing cleaning, industrial water treatment, chemical cleaning, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming system or using after diluting.

If need to dilute this defoamer, please use the diluted product as soon as possible.

Suitable working temperature: <75℃.

Recommended dosage:  0.1-0.5%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.  

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
