Defoamer for Desulfurization is specially developed for the flue gas desulfurization slurry foaming system. It has transparency, good compatibility, and continuous defoaming and foam suppression properties, thereby controlling the liquid level in the tower, removing the false high liquid level caused by foam, and preventing The slurry overflows to alleviate the scaling and clogging of the heat exchanger (GGH) caused by foam.

2. Good diffusion, permeability, heat resistance and strong oxidation resistance.
3. Chemically stable, non-physiologically active, non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive.
4. Can be used in strong acids, alkalis, electrolytes and hard water.
5. Does not affect the operation of the desulfurization system and gas emission indicators.

Defoamer for Desulfurization is specially developed for foaming the slurry in the flue gas desulfurization absorption tower. It is used for defoaming the desulfurization slurry. It has good effects on the foaming overflow of the absorption tower and the prevention of slurry backflow at the entrance of the absorption tower.

1. Please do test before using this product, to make sure there suitability.

2. Please stirring evenly before using.

3. Recommended dosage: The general dosage for 1 ton of seriflux is 5~40g each day, in the normal operating situation, take the seriflux as standard, the final dosage should be determined through the real test.

And this defoamer should be one-off & fast added when adding at the first time, and then adding again by each 24hours, but the actual dosage is affected by the foaming fluid composition, flue gas volume, coal composition, combustion condition, absorbent and sulfur dioxide composition.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
