Power Plant Defoamer is a kind of silicone polyether emulsified defoamer, it can quick reduce the surface tension of gas-liquid, fast remove foam and keep lasting foam suppressing effect.

The laboratory test data shows that our defoamer desulfurization performance is better than the ordinary organic silicon defoamer. The foam suppression time is longer than the ordinary product.

1. Please test sample to confirm the applicability before using.

2. Gently stirring before using.

3. Recommended dosage: The general dosage for 1 ton of seriflux is 5~40g each day, in the normal operating situation, take the seriflux as standard, the final dosage should be determined through the real test.

And this defoamer should be one-off & fast added when adding at the first time, and then adding again by each 24hours, but the actual dosage is affected by the foaming fluid composition, flue gas volume, coal composition, combustion condition, absorbent and sulfur dioxide composition.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
