This defoamer is made from special modified polyether (main composition), which is designed specially for PCB board cleaning, and it will not cause silicon spot residue to the slot wall, thus it’s more convenient for the equipment cleaning.   Widely used in whole process of PCB production, including PCB developing, film-stripping process, etc.

This defoamer apply to:

The water treatment of PCB board. Developing, film-stripping, etching, sewage treatment of PCB board, etc.( The whole PCB production process)

Usage:

The most effective solution is to add this defoamer into the system before the foams formed.

The dosage concentration shall be determined through the actual defoaming requirement of the system.

Recommended dosage：In general situation, the starting dosage concentration is 0.3~0.5ml for per liter of bath solution, and then increasing the dosage based on the situation that the bath solution reach saturation for dissolving the dry film or wet film.   

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum,or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
