This product is a kind of high effective compound defoamer with silicon polyether material, it’s very easy to disperse in water-based system, and the operation is very simple. The operating temperature can be up to 90℃, and it is environmentally friendly, which will not corrode the machine.  

Advantages: Good water-solubility & dispersibility, no (or very low) oil phase, no residue, keeping excellent foam control performance in wide range of temperature and pH value, and compatible perfectly with various kinds of additives, which can prevent from foams forming again.

This defoamer apply to:

The water treatment of PCB board. Developing, film-stripping, etching, sewage treatment of PCB board, etc.( The whole PCB production process)  

                                 The application of PCB board cleaning 

Usage:

Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system and make sure it disperses evenly.

If need to dilute this defoamer, please do not store the diluted product over than 8 hours, and for the high temperature foaming system(>60℃), it’s suggested to add this defoamer into foaming system before the temperature reaching 60℃ to get the best effect.

 Recommended dosage：

According to the viscosity, temperature and stirring of different foaming systems, take 10ppm as unit to choose the most cost-effective dosage.

In general situation, the dosage of 300~200ppm shall be able to get the ideal defoaming effect.  

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum,or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
