Tributyl phosphate is a plasticizer for nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride, rare metal extractant, etc., developed, soluble in many organic solvents, insoluble Yushui is widely used in a wide range of industries. Due to its low surface tension, it is hardly soluble in water and can be used as an industrial defoamer, effectively defoaming the formed foam film in an unstable state.

Usage: 

This defoamer should be diluted before using.

Recommended dosage:   

Building material---0.1~0.4%

Communal facilities/ Structural engineering/ ACE coating---0.1~0.5%

Printing ink---0.1~0.3%

Adhesive---0.1~0.3%

Emulsion polymerization---200~500ppm

Chemical combination/ Cement system---0.1~0.3%

 The optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
