Non-silicone Antifoam is a kind of refined silicone-free type emulsion defoamer,  which is specially aiming at defoaming effect to the cleaning industry, adhesive, latex industry, papermaking industry, petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer production, etc.  

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and high heat resistance. Thus, it can satisfy well the technology requirement, which cannot use the polysiloxane defoamer, such as below occasions:

desulfurization & decarbonization system of fertilizer production, oil refinery delayed coking system, fertilizer anti-caking agents, water-based ink, ink-making, craft candle, aggregation & degasification technology of synthetic rubber, etc.

This defoamer apply to the pulping of papermaking industry, coating process, industrial cleaning, degreasant, metal grinding fluid, cutting fluid, coating, chemical fiber greese, aqueous ink, pesticide, chemical industry, sewage treatment, knitting oil agent, washing ore.

It is also suitable to control foams problem in large/ medium/small-sized ethylene plant, etc.

Usage: Please add this defoamer to foaming system directly after stirring evenly.

Recommended dosage: According to the feature of technology foaming, general dosage is 50-300ppm.

Please follow the general preventive measures of chemical during using this product. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
