Antifoam Oil Based is specially designed for various oil or water systems. It has outstanding defoaming ability, good dispersion ,even in the above 200 degrees temperature and 20% acid-base situation. In the aqueous system, high-speed stirring is required to add the defoamer.

Oiliness defoamers apply to various oil and water systems, such as synthetic resins, adhesives, adhesives, water reducing agents, phosphites, chemical synthesis, drilling mud, gas processing, crude oil distillation, muddy blue devices, oil and gas separation, lubricants , hydraulic oil, high temperature above 200 degrees, strong acid, strong alkali system defoaming, foam control, foam suppression.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to foaming system to control foams

Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
