Defoamer for sugar process is a kind of defoaming emulsion which can control biological fermentation foams, after high temperature sterilization, it can recovery self-emulsifying state automatically, and will not appear the situation of water-oil separation and demulsification in the fermentation broth.

This polyether defoamer has good hydrophilicity, easy spreading in foaming medium, strong defoaming ability, high solubility, short duration of defoaming activity, thus, this defoamer is suitable to be used in viscous fermentation broth.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming systems.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimum dosage should be determined through the actual test.

包裝：本品採用60KG、200KG、1000KG塑膠桶裝。

儲存：本品不屬危險品，無毒，不可燃，密封存放於室內陰涼、通風、乾燥處。未使用完前，每次使用後容器應嚴格密封。25℃左右保質期12個月。

運輸：本品運輸中要密封好，防潮、防強鹼強酸及防雨水等雜質混入。
