Oil and gas separation Defoamer is consist of oxy-compound and the non-ionic surface active agent such as organic fluorine, it has excellent dispersibility, good defoaming ability and foams suppressing effect, it’s designed specially for solving the foams problem during the oil production or processing process, especially effective for all kinds of heavy oil and clean oil.

Oil and gas separation Defoamer is used in delayed coking, petroleum refining, oi-gas separation, especially suitable to be used in the oil-gas separation during the oil extraction which mainly with natural gas. 

Apply to petroleum industry

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to foaming systems, it also can be diluted with petroleum solvents(coal oil, xylene) first, and then add the diluted liquid to the foaming systems by measuring pump, it can make defoamer disperse quickly to the foaming systems. 

Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
