Refining Defoamer is designed specially to solve foams problem for oil exploitation or oil processing, it’s consist of oxy-compound and non-ionic surface active agent such as special organic fluorine.

Features: Good dispersibility, good product stability, good compatibility with solvent, excellent foam control ability, which can well suppress foams in all kinds of heavy oil and clean oil systems.

Refining Defoamer is used to delayed coking, oil refining, oil gas separation in oilfield technology, it’s particularly suitable to be used in the oil gas separation during the oil exploitation, which with natural gas mainly.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to foaming systems, dosage should depends on the actual foams situation. 

Recommended dosage: 0.1%～0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual laboratory test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
