Defoamer for cement mortar is mainly made from polyether, it’s suitable to use in strong acid and strong alkali conditions to control foams. When the pH reach 14 in foaming systems, many silicone defoamer will appear demulsification and oil floating situation, which could make defoamer lose original physical status and defoaming ability, furthermore, it will also leave over unexpected defects to the subsequent production.

While Zilibon defoamer Chemical has high temperature resistance and strong alkali resistance, it can keep excellent foams control performance, and no demulsification, no oil floating, non-toxic, small dosage, cost-effective, no any pollution to environment.

The production of cement mortar, water reducer, concrete, asbestos tile, calcium silicate board, putty powder, ore pulp, reinforcing agent, etc.

Usage: Direct add to foaming system after stirring evenly.

Recommended dosage: 0.1%～0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual laboratory test.  

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
