Polycarboxylic Acid Defoamer is designed specially for polycarboxylic acid, the main composition is modified polyether substance. It’s suitable to be used in environment friendly concrete admixture.

With the advantages of stable product property, no delamination, no sediment, and no crystallization in winter, this defoamer is particularly suitable to make high quality water reducer of fair-faced concrete. 

1. Good resistant to high temperature, high shear.

2. Wide resistant to acid and alkali (pH range: 1~14), It’s very suitable use in alkaline conditions to control foams.

3. Excellent defoaming and foams suppressing ability, It’s workable even in the extremely low concentration.

Polycarboxylic Acid Defoamer applies to:

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer, cement water reducer, cement additive, cement mortar additive, water-proofing agent, concrete additive, construction material additive, etc.

Usage: Direct add to foaming system to remove foams after stirring evenly.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual test.

Due to different systems has different foaming medium, please test our free samples to make sure the applicability before place order. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
