Defoamer for Building Material is designed especially for solving building material foams.

When the pH value equals 14 in foaming systems, much common organic silicone defoamers will lose its original physical status due to the situations of demulsification and oil floating, which will not only lower the defoaming ability but also remain unexpected defects to the product system.

While Zilibon defoamer product has solved a problem with the advantage of strong alkali resistance, thus, it’s widely to be used in strongly alkaline conditions to control foams.

Usage: Direct add to foaming system to remove foams after stirring evenly.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual test.

Due to different systems has different foaming medium, please test our free samples to make sure the applicability before place order. 

1. Packing: 50KG, 120KG, 200KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
