Defoamer for Water Reducer is consist of modified polyether, fatty acids and higher aliphatic alcohol by special producing technique, which is the latest defoamer for water reducer on market, and this defoamer solves the defects of oil floating and demulsification, which is easy to appear for common silicone defoamer in the conditions of high temperature and strong alkaline.

Advantages: Excellent foams control performance, suitable for using in anion system and cation system,   no oil floating, no suspension, wide applications, strong alkaline resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, etc. 

1. Good resistant to high temperature and high shear.

2. Wide pH range( 4~14), very suitable to be used in alkaline conditions to remove foams.

3. Fast defoaming ability, lasting foams suppressing effect, it’s workable even under the condition of extremely low concentration.

4. Excellent self-emulsifying property.

Defoamer for Water Reducer applies to:

Cement water reducer, gypsum, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, cement mortar, cement mortar additives, water-proofing agent, concrete additives, building additives, etc.

Usage: Direct add to foaming system to remove foams after stirring evenly.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual test.

1. Packing: 50KG, 120KG, 200KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
