Defoamer for Pulp is mainly made from special modified silicone polyether and some high effective, good dispersibility additives.

With the advantages of high temperature resistance and strong alkaline resistance, this defoamer has excellent foams control performance while in the conditions of high temperature or strong alkali.  

1. Small dosage, excellent defoaming ability, lasting foams suppressing effect.

2. Good intersolubility with black liquor, which is suitable for the production conditions of pulp mill.

3. Improve rinsing efficiency

4. Contribute to dehydration, which can reduce the water content of pulp, thus to lower the energy consumption during the evaporation process.

5. Reduce the dosage of bleach chemicals, more conductive to the environmental requirements.

Defoamer for Pulp is suitable for using in soda pulping process, alkaline pulp, pulp washing, bamboo pulp, sugarcane pulp, neutral pulping, paper pulp, pulp rinsing, screening, bleaching, water treatment, black liquor production line foam control in paper pulping industry, vegetable fibre paper pulp production foams control, etc.  

 Apply to paper-making industry  

Usage:  Direct drop this defoamer to the foaming system by dropwise pump.

Recommended dosage: In the initial stage, the suggested dosage is 0.08~0.5kg for per ton of pulp, and the final expecting dosage is 0.05~0.3kg for per ton of air-dry pulp.  

This defoamer is dilutable, if need to dilute it, please add water slowly, until both of water and defoamer emulsion mixing evenly.

Once dilute, the diluted defoamer must be used up within 12 hours.

The optimal dosage should be determined according to the specific production conditions. 

包裝：本品採用60KG、200KG、1000KG塑膠桶裝。

儲存：本品不屬危險品，無毒，不可燃，密封存放於室內陰涼、通風、乾燥處。未使用完前，每次使用後容器應嚴格密封。25℃左右保質期12個月。

運輸：本品運輸中要密封好，防潮、防強鹼強酸及防雨水等雜質混入。
