This defoamer is designed specially for papermaking industry, which aims at the foaming character of wastewater treatment technique. It can efficiently control the overflowing problem of paper pulp and improve the paper quality. Due to it is non-toxic, so it’s more conducive to production safety and the white water discharging.  

Features: It’s emulsified by non-toxic, harmless and physiological inert silicone oil, so it has good chemical stability, not poisonous to the sewage microorganism, not change the COD and BOD function of sewage.

This defoamer applies to papermaking sewage treatment, it can perfectly control papermaking sewage foams. 

   The application of water treatment in papermaking industry    

Usage: Directly add this product to the foaming system.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.03%, the optimal dosage should be confirmed according to the actual testing.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
