Hydraulic Fluid Defoamer is made of special modified polyether and fluorine-containing raw material by special technique.

It’s easily to dissolve in water, with the excellent heat resistance, strong acid and strong alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and high shear resistance, it can keep high efficient foam control ability while under the conditions of high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, high shear and high pressure, and it will not affect the transparency of hydraulic fluid and not oil floating situation.

Widely used in all kinds of severe foaming systems to control foams problem in a very wide temperature range.

This defoamer is widely used in metal processing fluid, cutting oil, high water content hydraulic fluid, antirust lubricant oil, heat treatment medium, scaling powder, forming oil, drawing oil, die casting oil, stamping oil, EDM oil, water glycol hydraulic fluid, coolant, grinding fluid(oil), wire cutting liquid, dehydrating agent, etc.

 The application of metal processing industry  

Usage: Directly add this product to the foaming surface to remove foam, it also can be used with other powdered additives after mixing well.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be confirmed after the actual testing.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
