Antifoam for Metalworking Fluids is a defoaming agent compounded with modified polyether.
General-purpose metal working fluid defoamer is compounded with special modified polyether and fluorine-containing raw materials through a special process. It is easily soluble in water and is especially suitable for conditions such as high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high shear force, and high pressure. Continuously maintain defoaming and foam suppression. It has good high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no floating, no oil drift; it can be widely used in various harsh systems to eliminate foam in a wide temperature range.

(1) Fast defoaming ability, lasting foam suppressing effect, small dosage, no any effect to the basic property of foaming system.

(2) Good dispersibility and penetrability, can perfectly compatible with oil product and cutting fluid.

(3) Good heat resistance, good chemical stability, non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, no adverse side affect.

(4) It is workable under the conditions of acid, alkali, salt, electrolyte and hard water.

Usage: Directly add this product to the foaming surface to remove foam, also can be used with other powdered additives after well-mixed.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1%, but the optimal dosage should be confirmed after the actual testing.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
