Defoamer powder for cleaning is designed specially to solve foams problem for cleaning industry, it’s a kind of granular defoaming powder which is produced by specific equipment through the organic and inorganic carrier of specific structure, which can keep strong defoaming and foams suppressing performance, thus, the post-electroplating effect of metal will not be affected by the foams.

Usage: Directly add this product to the foaming surface to remove foam, or spray the product to foams surface after diluting with water, it also can be used together with other powdered additives after mixing evenly.

Recommended dosage:  0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be confirmed after the actual testing.

1. Packing: 50KG, 120KG, 200KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
