Textile Defoamer is a defoaming agent compounded with polyether modified silicone

Defoamer for textile&dyeing is compounded with special modified polyether and fluorine-containing raw materials through a special process. It is easily soluble in water and is especially suitable for continuous use under the conditions of high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high shear force and high pressure. Keep defoaming and suppressing foam. It has high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no floating, no oil drift; it can be widely used for foam defoaming in various harsh systems in a wide temperature range.

Textile Defoamer is used in the whole dyeing process of textile, the universal OK oil penetrating agent, detergent, soaking agent, dye leveller, softening agent, finishing agent, printing acrylic size, pretreatment, chemical fibre textile finishes, refining agent, dyeing and finishing of fabrics, polyester dyeing in normal temperature, textile sizing and textile agent, desizing, bleaching, washing, water treatment system, etc. 

Recommended dosage: Textile printing and dyeing defoamer can be used directly; generally, the added amount of textile printing and dyeing defoaming agent is 0.1~0.3% of the total foaming system. Please test the specific dosage.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
